Business Development Manager (Remote, Full time)

Responsibilities -
1. Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities – including corporates, educational institutions, NGOs, and cultural organizations.
2. Conduct market research to build a strong pipeline of potential bulk order clients.
3. Create customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
4. Handle end-to-end client communication – from initial outreach to closing the deal.
5. Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
6. Visit clients when necessary to build stronger business relationships (travel expenses reimbursed).
7. Work closely with the founder to align sales strategies with the brand vision.

Qualification -
1. 1–3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in e-commerce, merchandise, or cultural sectors).
2. Graduate in any field (Marketing, Business, or Humanities background preferred).
3. Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.

Other Skills -

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
2. Strong research and proposal-writing abilities.
3. Passion for Indian culture and interest in Sanskrit is a strong plus.
4. Proficiency in basic tools like Excel/Google Sheets, email, and Powerpoint.
5. Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in follow-ups.

Job - Website/Product Manager (Remote, Full time)

Responsibilities -
Manage website related tasks mentioned below
1. Prepare mock product images in Photoshop
2. Prepare product related print files in Illustrator
3. Research SEO friendly titles and description for the product
4. Upload products on Shopify backend
5. Prepare blog covers and content images in Photoshop/Illustrator
6. Publish blogs on the website (content will be prepared by another team)
7. SEO optimisation of new and previous blogs
8. Update blogs when required

Qualification -
1. Good speaking and writing skills in English
2. Good proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
3. Basic understanding of website backend management (Shopify)
4. Good understanding of SEO research and optimization
5. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (can be learned on the job)

Job - Sanskrit Content Expert (Remote, Part time)

Responsibilities -
1. Sanskrit content writing and proofreading
2. Sanskrit content planning and curation
3. Content research
4. Translation in Hindi and English

Qualification -
1. Full-time degree/masters in Sanskrit is mandatory
2. Should have a deep understanding of Sanskrit grammar, literature, phonetics and Indian culture
3. Should be able to read, write, speak and translate any Sanskrit text in English and Hindi accurately
4. Should be able to research and document various Sanskrit requirements
5. Should have access to popular as well as rare Sanskrit literature
6. Should have a good understanding of Devanagari fonts, MS Office, Google docs and email

 Job - Concept Artist (Pune, Full time)

Responsibilities -
1. Work with the Editor to Illustrate and develop concepts
2. Understand art direction and work to expand and enhance the brand art style
3. Should have ability to adapt new art styles based on the content requirement
4. Deliver illustrations to specific guidelines, art styles and work within content schedules
5. Deliver thumbnail sketches, mood boards and full color finished concept art of characters, props, scenes and/or environments
6. Collaborate in a team environment with other team members and giving mentorship to more junior concept artists

Experience and Qualification - 
1. 2 years of concept art development experience
2. Background in Traditional and Digital Art
3. Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Procreate
